The Product Manager, Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) provides program management support for the CEC, which provides telehealth services. This role facilitates efforts to develop and co-implement clinical products aimed at improving the health of members, with administrative oversight and management of all CEC product line offerings expected. The product manager develops marketing strategies, product requirements, and specifications and ensures that CEC programs are in compliance with regulations.
